Welcome to 2023! We love a fresh start and are resolving to live a little greener in the year ahead. If you are, too, may we suggest riding more and driving less? E-bikes are a great alternative to cars because they produce zero emissions, are quiet, and can help reduce traffic congestion and parking problems. Plus, they're fun to ride!
If you're considering an e-bike as a way to go a little greener in the New Year, here are a few things to consider:
1. Choose the right e-bike for you
There are lots of different types of e-bikes to choose from, including commuter, cargo, mountain, and road models. Think about the types of trips you'll be making and what (and who!) you'll be bringing along for the ride. Then choose the e-bike and accessories best suited for those needs. E-bikes are most effective when they replace short car trips. Make a plan to use your e-bike for commuting, running errands, or even just going to a nearby park or beach. Once you get in the swing of it, you'll find yourself leaving your car behind more and more.

E-bikes can be a significant investment, but they can also be a wise one. Look for a model with a reliable motor, good battery life, and strong frame. Many bike shops offer financing options to spread your payments over time.
4. Get involved
