Oregon E-Bikes Pricing Policy
We understand that you have many choices when it comes to shopping and we're grateful that you choose Oregon E-Bikes. Our ultimate goal is to get you riding quickly, safely and on the best bikes out there. We're also happy to match prices on bikes and accessories from other e-bike shops on the same great products we sell.
Whether you are our customer online, over the phone, or in the shop, we aim to connect you with your dream bike. We are currently batting 100 in matchmaking!
If you receive your new bike and decide it's not the one for you, we can offer store credit minus a $300 restocking fee if we are notified within 7 days of receipt and if the bike is returned to our shop within 15 days. We are happy to help facilitate getting the bike back to our shop, though are unable to cover the cost of the return shipping. Any deposits put toward bike purchases for Riese & Müller bikes or via our layaway program are transferable, though not refundable.
Unused bike accessories can be returned within 30 days of purchase with a copy of your sales receipt for a refund or store credit. Merchandise that has been used cannot be returned. After 30 days, all sales are final. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue a refund for any shipping charges incurred. All discounted and sale items are final.
For returns, please include a copy of your receipt and a brief description of your request (i.e. issue credit back your card, size exchange, etc). Special order items that Oregon E-Bikes does not normally stock may be returned solely at the discretion of Oregon E-Bikes. A restocking fee of 20% may apply.
If you received the incorrect item, we'll immediately send you the right one when we have it in stock. We'll arrange for the return of the incorrect item by having it picked up or by mailing you a shipping label. We will cover all costs associated with returning the mistaken item and shipping you a replacement.
