Our premium shipping option is the most secure and convenient. It includes the $150 build fee and freight fees for your new e-bike - saving you additional assembly fees, time, and hassle and arriving with the full warranty activated.

Delivery - You will receive a call from the freight company to schedule a delivery, ensuring you are home to sign for your new e-bike. It will arrive with the front wheel and handlebars installed so all you have to do is rotate and secure the handlebars and install your pedals (see video tutorial below).

Have your e-bike built or inspected by a qualified bike technician to ensure it is safe to ride. Then submit a copy of your receipt within 30 days for your shipping reimbursement and full warranty activation.  *If you need help connecting with a mobile mechanic or bike shop in your area, ask us!

If you skip this step, your warranty will only cover the frame, motor, and battery and the moving parts warranty will be waived. This means any damage caused by an improper setup will not be covered.

Delivery - Economy ships via UPS Ground so it's possible that your e-bike will be delivered when you are not home. If you live in a high theft area, we highly recommend Ready-to-Ride Shipping.
