New Bike Feel - $335

A complete bike rebuild, install new parts and upgrades, PLUS new tires and grips included

Annual Service + Cleaning - $127.50

Strip and clean, lube gears, polish the frame, set up your brakes, true and tension wheels

Basic Service - $90

Set up your brakes and true and tension wheels

Safety Check - $45

We 'd love to be your local service center. While there are a select few motors, batteries, and displays that we are unable to troubleshoot, we evaluate on a case by case basis and our goal is to keep your riding!

FAQs


If I make an appointment for a certain day, does that mean my bike will be ready that day? 

While this occasionally does happen, we are unable to guarantee same-day turnaround on service appointments. In special circumstances where urgency is important, we'll do our very best to make that happen. Feel free to reach out to discuss your specific needs in more detail, we love to problem solve!

When I drop my bike off, will you be able to give me an estimated timeline for when it will be ready? 

We can certainly make an educated guess, though sometimes our technicians discover other areas needing attention once they have your bike in the stand. With access to service parts less reliable currently, this also adds an element of uncertainty (more on that below).

Can I drop my bike off earlier than my appointment date? 

Yes, indeed. We recommend dropping your bike off the day prior to your service appointment if possible. Due to space constraints we kindly ask that you refrain from dropping your bike off days in advance, though we understand that life scheduling can be tough!

I think the issues happening with my bike should be covered under warranty. What should I do?

We can help with that! Our service team will work with the correct vendor to source replacement parts and submit warranty claims if that indeed ends up being the case.

How will I know when my bike is ready? 

We will send you a text when your bike is ready to roll. If you prefer a different method of communication, just let us know!

Do you offer any service specials? 

Yeah! Check out our Ride Happy Club service perks below, which include a complimentary multi-point inspection 30-60 days after your bike purchase. We occasionally offer off-season service specials. Be sure to subscribe to our e-newsletter list so you're in the know!

What else should I know?

As you might have heard, the supply chain is a little wonky in the bike world these days. We are proactively working to keep common repair parts in stock, though availability can be spotty. We appreciate your patience if your bike's service turnaround time may be longer than usual
